This notice covers the website heyama.ai. How ama processes candidate and customer data inside the product is described in the agreements with each customer and in the review documents on the [trust page](trust.html).

## What this website processes

- **Forms.**When you ask for a free role or contact us, we process the details you enter: your name, work email, company, role, and the information about the live role you describe.

- **Server logs.**Our hosting provider records technical data such as IP address, time of access and the pages requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure.

- **No tracking without consent.**This website sets no analytics or advertising cookies unless you agree to them.

## Why, and on what legal basis

- To answer your request and set up a free role: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps prior to a contract.

- To run the website securely: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in a working and secure site.

## Who receives the data

Our hosting provider and the CRM we use to handle requests, both as processors bound by our instructions. Their names are listed here before launch.

## How long we keep it

Request details are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting contract, and deleted when there is no longer a legal reason to keep them. Server logs are deleted after a short period.

## Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, object to processing, and ask for your data in a portable format. You can also complain to a data protection authority, for example the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
